In December, we host a Christmas Daddies whereby local musicians and or taped music is broadcasted via both local TV and Radio throughout the community. Community members, businesses and or community organizations call in and pledge donations to this worthy cause. We raised $20,000 and $25,000 at our last two events. These funds are then mailed to our community’s needy in the form of CO-OP gift cards ranging from $100 to $500 depending on the needs of the families. Volunteers are required to man phones to accept the pledges.
